These efficiency units have 2 queen sized beds. There is a half wall partition and on the other side of the partition is the living area with a sleeper sofa (full sized). It also has a kitchenette (with an induction stove), a seating area with a dinette set for 2, a refrigerator, a microwave, Keurig and a toaster. It is also equipped with a basic pot and pan, utensils and plates, glasses and mugs. There is a TV and an AC/heat unit in the living area. It has a running patio and furniture sitting outside. They are ideally for 1 to 5 people.
